Real Sichuan cooking is unlike Cantonese, eastern or northern Chinese styles, and unlike any other outside China. Recommended in the MICHELIN Guide, using only the finest ingredients, favourites such as prawns with wild Sichuan pepper and fresh chilli and fragrant twice cooked pork belly with celery have maintained a very loyal following. An early bird menu from Sunday to Thursday 5:30 to 7:30 offers excellent choice and incredible value.
